The Willamette Farm and Food Coalition recently calculated that it would take every household in Lane County spending $30 of their food budget per week on local food purchases to secure 20% of the county's collective food budget and keep it circulating in our local economy. Please pick up the 2012 Locally Grown guide, a jam-packed resource that can help you find food grown, raised, and processed right here in Lane County, in the narthex. Consumer support is such an important piece of the local food movement!
