This is a program for all kindergarten through fifth graders that meets Tuesday's during the school year from 5:30 to 8:00 P.M. The program includes a meal, a Bible story, and a variety of fun, interactive, group-building games. All members of the church are welcome to stay for meals on Tuesday night. Also on Tuesday evenings, the Children's and Alleluia Choirs practice during this time. Call the church office for more information.

Weekly Gatherings The purpose of weekly gatherings is to provide a safe place for relationships to grow and faith to deepen. Youth need a regular opportunity to connect with each other and with adult volunteers/mentors, and Sunday School and Confirmation are meant to fill that need. This is the place where lives are enriched and transformed!
Sunday School —9:30-10:30 Sunday mornings in the Luther House Basement.
Confirmation Tuesday Nights, Central Lutheran Church is the place to be and to bring your friends. This is not the same ol' Confirmation (i.e. boring) your parents went through; this Confirmation is fun, fast paced, interactive and well worth your time. Music, games, discussion, small groups, multi-media… we're cramming the evening full of interesting stuff! We'll be using the humorous “Lutheran Handbook” (costs $12) and the “Here Ve Shtand” (think: Here We Stand with a German accent) curriculum to guide our learning. Make Tuesday nights at Central a priority—you'll be glad you did!

Weekly Gatherings The purpose of weekly gatherings is to provide a safe place for relationships to grow and faith to deepen. Youth need a regular opportunity to connect with each other and with adult volunteers/mentors, and Forum and WNL are meant to fill that need. This is the place where lives are enriched and transformed!
Sunday “Coffee, Jesus, and Me”—this is our gathering on Sunday mornings during the Sunday School hour (9:30-10:30). We hang out together in the Luther House as we enjoy a time of sharing, praying, and Christian conversation. This is not a class with lectures, but more of a discussion group where we can learn from and support each other. Drinks from Pray-a-Latte are welcome! Other Sunday morning options include attending the adult PACE presentations or helping teach Sunday School for the younger kids.
Weekly Youth Gatherings— Each Friday we gather to fellowship, serve, have fun and grow in faith. There is time for checking in with each other, praying for each other, getting into God’s Word as we explore various topics youth are facing, and honest sharing. This is the place to invite friends, as we discuss topics that YOU have chosen, from a Christian perspective. We change our format and focus each week to keep things interesting! In an important way, Weekly Gathering is the core of the Youth Program at Central, so we want you to be a part of us!
Here's the basic Friday Night Weekly Gathering Rotation:
First Fridays: Hosea House Servant Life 4:00-6:45
Second Fridays: Chat Nights at the Luther House, 6:30-8:00. Hangout & Dinner 5:30-6:30 (chat nights are informal conversations about whatever’s on your minds and a great chance to catch up and care for each other)
Third Fridays: Friday Fun Night— Movie? Game night? Scavenger Hunt? We could do all sorts of fun stuff with times and locations TBA. 4. Fourth Fridays: Faith Forum at the Luther House, 6:30-8:00. Hangout & Dinner 5:30-6:30 (Faith Forum will be an evening to go deeper and talk about faith issues, focus on scripture and worship together.)
