Our ministry teams will change as we see a need and/or find people with a passion for a specific ministry. Here is a listing of some of our active ministry teams. This listing is still incomplete. The Education Team at Central offers a variety of classes, workshops, guest speakers, and seminars that help us become the hands and feet of Jesus by loving God and each other and by nurturing faithful living. Programs are available for all ages.
The mission of the Stewardship Team at Central LC is to inform, encourage, and empower our response to God’s love.

The role of the Growth and Outreach Team is to identify and coordinate various social ministries and evangelism activities of Central LC. Check our page to see our current activities.
|The Campus Ministry Team seeks ways to reach out to College and University students in our area. As part of this ministry, Central Lutheran Church owns and oversees the operation of Christus House which is across the street from the University of Oregon next to Central and provides housing in a community setting for up to 25 Christian college and university students|
The Worship, Music, and Arts Team serves to coordinate various sub-teams which contribute to and enhance worship at Central. These groups include the choirs, Handbell Ensemble, Altar Guild, Worship Assistants, Ushers, Nursery, and technical support.

| The CLCW (Central Lutheran Church Women) encourages women of our congregation to participate in various work and study groups and supports
various local and national charities.
|Our congregation’s Stephen Ministry equips lay people to provide confidential, one-on-one Christian care to individuals in our congregation and community who are experiencing difficulties in their lives.|

Our work is dedicated to Andrea Wiggins who died at the hands of her husband but lives on in the comfort and joy brought by her efforts to the lives of many.
Andrea and Bill Wiggins were active members Central Lutheran Church until her death in 2010 and his incarceration.
